Cookery is one of the most popular course taken in Australia, as there are a lot of job openings which involves cookery. In this course you are taught about different technics of cooking and the knowledge of the ingredients that you are using to cook. You can also choose from different certification and diplomas or bachelor degree for this course depending on your preference. For bachelor degree, you would have to take the Hospitality course, while the Certification can be divided into four, which are Certificate III, & IV in Commercial Cookery and Certificate III & IV in Patisserie, where Certificate IV is harder to get than Certificate III.
